The Akron Zoo recently opened a new exhibit and not only relied on Highland PR for the marketing, but much of the exhibit signage as well. The client wanted to set the tone for the exhibit at the entrance, and gave me a 12 foot area to work with with. I had the logo for the exhibit (which I also designed) die-cut from half-inch plastic and placed on an inkjet wallpaper surface. It was then lit from above with spot lights and a disco ball, creating a dramatic first impression.
